By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Futch Dental (“Practice,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to these SMS/Text Messaging Terms.

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number through our website, forms, scheduling systems, chat tools, lead forms, intake forms, advertisements, communications, or other methods, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Futch Dental, including messages that may be sent using automated technology, automated dialing systems, or AI-assisted communication technologies where permitted by applicable law.

Supported Carriers

Text messaging services may not be available on all mobile carriers. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier, network availability, device compatibility, and other factors outside of our reasonable control.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Continued use of SMS communications following updates constitutes acknowledgment of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These SMS/Text Messaging Terms and any disputes arising from related communications shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
